By accessing or using Valu (valu.li), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Valu is a platform that connects job seekers with placement, internship, and volunteer opportunities at companies, startups, and nonprofit organisations. The platform is free for job seekers.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Seeker Responsibilities

As a job seeker, you agree to: - Provide truthful information in your profile and applications - Not misrepresent your skills, experience, or qualifications - Treat organisations and their representatives with respect - Not use the platform for any purpose other than seeking legitimate opportunities

5. Organisation Responsibilities

As an organisation, you agree to: - Post only legitimate opportunities with accurate descriptions - Not discriminate against applicants based on protected characteristics - Respond to applications in a timely manner - Comply with all applicable employment and volunteer laws

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: - Use the platform for spam, harassment, or fraudulent purposes - Attempt to access other users' accounts - Scrape or collect data from the platform without permission - Post misleading or deceptive opportunity listings - Use the platform to distribute malware or harmful content

7. Intellectual Property

The Valu platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Valu. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Valu a license to use it for platform operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Valu is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to the outcome of any placement, internship, or volunteer arrangement facilitated through Valu.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@valu.li.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
